AN ORDINANCE to Enact the Revised Ordi­ 3/257
nances of the City of Lake City, Florida, and to

provide for the Publishing, Sale and Distribu­
tion, of a Compilation Containing the Charter,
Revised Ordinances, and Certain Other ordi­
nances, Resolutions, etc.,

Be it ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Lake City, Florida:

Section 1. That the accompanying general
revision of the ordinances of the City of Lake City,
Florida, of a general and permanent nature be,
and the same is hereby, enacted by the City of
Lake City, Florida, and every part of any such

ordinances not included in said revised ordinances,
are hereby repealed; but no special ordinance is
hereby repealed, and for the purpose of saving
from repeal, all ordinances of any of the following
classes shall be taken to be included in such ex­
ception, namely:
