to be necessary and convenient for the information
of the citizens of said City of Lake City, together 5/257
with the rules of order of the City Council.
Sec. 5. That there shall be printed 200 copies
of this compilation, and that they shall be placed
in the custody of the City Treasurer, who shall
sell them at 25 cents per copy; Provided, That all
city officials and members of the City Council shall
each receive one copy free.

Sec. 6. No offense committed or penalty for
forfeiture incurred prior to the taking effect of
the revised ordinances shall be affected thereby,
and no prosecution had or commenced shall be
abated thereby.

Sec. 7. The revised ordinances shall be pro­
mulgated by posting one copy at the door of the
City Hall, and one copy at the Court House door
in Lake City, Florida.

I hereby certify that the above ordinance
was passed by council on the fifteenth day of
July, nineteen hundred and twelve.
