If you are mechanically inclined
then you belong in the Vocational In-
dustrial Clubs of America better
known as VICA. There are three
phases of the VICA Club. Auto Me-
chanics, Small Engine Mechanics,
and Electronics are subjects learned
by the ambitious members. The trade
learned may be practical experience
for the lives of these young men.
