Today Lake City

City officials began to hide behind
their desks and chaos was in the air,
as eighteen Columbia High School
students took over the city for a day.

The Student Council officers, the
Senior Class officers, and Junior
Class officers, selected various gov-
ernmental positions around the city.
During their day "in office", they re-
placed the people who run the city
everyday.

Offices such as Mayor, Fire Chief,
Student Council officers: Robin Muskewitz, Janie Minor, Elaine Douglas, Bonnie Gerlach, June
Chief of Police, County Judge, and Bouie, Peggy Peele, Tana Duckett, and Keith Ozaki.
County Sheriff, were among those
involved.

Senior Class officers: Craig Carter, Margaret Payne, Guerry Espenship, Karen
Cooper, and Lawanda Parnell.

Junior Class officers: Sandy Wheeler, Jerry Craig, Gladys
Woody, Jeff Simmons, and Teri Sherrod.
