Key Club, the world's largest service organization. proudly celebrates over
thirty years of continuous service to Columbia High School and Columbia
County. Key Club performs many hours of valuable community service
wherever and whenever needed. The club often works on projects with
The Muscular Dystrophy Association. The Knights of Columbus. The Salva-
tion Army. and the CARC,Just to name a few. The Columbia High Chapter
of the Florida District of Key Club International is sponsored by the Lake
City Kiwanis Club and the Gateway Kiwanis Club. They also receive
support and guidance from Ox:y Kiwanis. In addition to the community
service that the club provides. it also builds leadership abilities and
character through Divisional. Zone. District, and International conventions
and rallies. Key Club is proud to leave Its mark on CHS!
CHS KeyCiub is proud to be the home club of
Division 26 Lt. Governor. Paul Pottgen. A third year
member of Key Club. Paul was elected to office in
the spring of 1990attheZone 2rally. Paul has many
duties to complete as he represents Columbia
and five other county h~h schoools. Last summer
he traveled to Washin on D.C. for the interna-
tional convention. Wh1 e there Paul represented
Division 26 to a delegation of over thirteen foreign
countries. Paul's continued SUf?POrt of Key Club
and CHS will certainly leave 1ts mark on many
future Key Clubbers!
