What About Your

                  FNIENDSI?I

What is the true meaning of the word friend?
In the Webster's Dictionary it is defined as: a
person who has a strong liking for and trust in
another person. A person who is not an enemy.
A person who aids or favors something.
Friends are the ones who are. there through
good times and bad. They're the ones who are
laughing even at your corny jokes. Friends
cheer you up, dry your tears and tell you it'll be
okay. Friends are the ones who share the "fun"
of living even when the "fun" causes pain.
A friend is someone special, more valuable
than money or fame. A friend has those above: Esther Lee and Amber Reeves
                                                                play hide-n-seek in the gym.
qualities that are important to you. If you think
about living without friends, I think you'll find
that life would be pretty empty and sad without
friends. The kindness, love, and rewards you get
through friendship is something that will last
forever. Good memories are sweeter when you
           can share them with friends.

above: Treasa Brown and Lynn Coles
                                                                work diligently on the yearbook.

above: Seniors Terrance Griffin and Gerald Fulton show what above: Cheerleading pals Katie Moore and Erica Eadie state
a friendship is all about. They stick together. "Can't Beat the Real Thing!"
