RIGHT NOW Sophomores are finding out what high school is all
about while looking toward to the good times ahead ............................ .

The class of '97 attempts to show their stuff at the first pep
Brown bagging Is "in" with the class of '97. Maria Zelaya,
rally In the JUNGLE. These guys have oodles of spirit - way to go
guys I Brandi Daniels, and Melissa Macarages dine on fine meals
prepared by their mommies.
Right now we are finding ourselves,
learning skills, and getting a chance to
display abilities to the world. We came
not knowing what to expect, and have
perservered with great stamina and self-
confidence. The south campus is quite a
change.For many it will be the beginning of
an unforgettable experience. Coming here
has made us realize that we are really
getting one step closer to the future. Some
days will be good and others not, but, the
class of '97 knows to stick together. We
may get picked on or made fun of but if we
weren't, we would not fully and truly be
undergoing the "slop dog" experience.
Never fear, sophomores, we will have our
turn I

Art class Is a place for fun and creative messes. Todd Piersol and Brandi Mitchell enjoy
experimenting with different glazes for special effects. Interesting electives are part of a
sophomore's first year at the south campus.
