Freshman Academy B is a program where ninth grade
teachers take a different approach to teaching. The teach-
ers try to do hands on activities and involve everything so
it is easier to acknowledge what the students are learning.
The teachers that are a part of Acadamy B are Mrs. Thomas,
Mr. Robertson, Mr. Herman, and Mrs. Sweat. The students
that are a part of the Acadamy B were all randomly picked.
Many students said that being in this acadamy this year
has really helped prepare them for FCAT and giving learn-
ing a whole new twist. Pricilla McDonald says, " I love the
way the teachers teach this year, their technique and ex-
amples are very helpful." The teachers try to have a good
relationship with their students. The teachers try to help
their students as much as they can. Being a part of Fresh-
men Academy is a great experience that all the students
were glad to be a part of.
