No Bake Cookies Sandra Beedle

Mix:
2 Cup Sugar
2 T Cocoa
Vi Cup Milk
Yz stick Butter
Boil 1 minute- remove from heat.

Stir in:
Yz Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Chopped Pecans or Walnuts
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Yz Cups Oatmeal
Drop heaping teaspoons on waxed paper and cool.

Dough:
2 Cups Flour
Yz Pint or 1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Sticks Butter (must be butter)
Divide into 2 balls (flatten each out to a rectangle)
Refrigerate for 1 hour or more...

Filling:
1 Yz Cup Brown Sugar
1 Stick Butter (must be butter)
1 Cup Pecans or Walnuts (chopped)
Mix until crumbly.
Divide into Yz portions.

Roll out one of the flattened dough balls on floured board into a rectangular form of
at least 10 to 12 inches...
Put a Yz portion of filling on one side of rectangle fold over other side and pinch
edges.
Repeat steps above for second flattened dough ball.

Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes or until light brown. Cool.
Icing:
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 T Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
Milk- enough to mix for a drizzle base...
Add Maraschino cherries (chopped or otherwise)
