                   Oatmeal Bars                                             Nancy Beard

                   % Cup Brown Sugar                                2T. Oil
                   Vi Cup Granulated Sugar                          2 T. Milk
                   8 Ounces Vanilla or Plain Fat Free Yogurt        2 T. Vanilla
                   2 Egg Whites


                  Mix together above ingredients.
                   Combine next three ingredients and add to yogurt mixture.


                   1 Vi Cups Flour
                   1 tsp. Baking Soda
                   1 tsp. Cinnamon


                  Stir in 3 Cups Oats and 1 Cup Dried Cranberries.
                  Bake in ungreased 9x13 pan at 350 for 28-32 minutes.
                  Makes 24 bars. Very Good! Heart healthy recipe.








                  Chocolate Covered Peanut Clusters                           Nancy Beard


                  1 Package Chocolate Almond Bark
                  Vi Package Vanilla Almond Bark (or you can use all Chocolate)
                  1 German Chocolate Bar
                  16 ounces Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts
                  16 ounces Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts
                  12 ounces Milk Chocolate Chips

                  Break Almond Bark apart.
                  Layer in Crock Pot as listed in order.
                  Cook on low 2 hours.


                  DO NOT TAKE LID OFF BEFORE THE 2 HOURS ARE UP!!

                  After 2 hours sth- well to mix thoroughly.
                  Drop on parchment paper.


                  ENJOY!!!
