                 said taxes shall be a lien until paid, without
                 limitation, and the proceedings to force payment                   34/257
                 of the said taxes and to foreclose their lien shall
                 be as hereinbefore provided in this Act. The time
                 for the payment of the said taxes is hereby ex­
                 tended to and including the 1st day of October,
                 1911, after which date a certified copy of the unpaid
                 assessments and taxes on real estate on said roll
                 shall be delivered to the City Attorney with the
                 same effect and in the same manner as is hereinbe­
                 fore provided, and the City Attorney shall with ail
                 convenient speed proceed to collect the same with
                 costs as is provided for in this Act for the collection
                 of taxes levied under the authoritv of this Act.

                      Sec. 8. The assessment rolls of the City of
                 Lake City for the years of 1908 and 1909, pursuant
                 to which sales were made ’and certificates of such
                 sales are now in the hands of the City Treasurer
                 or the CityAttorney and all assessments thereon,
                 are hereby validated and confirmed, and the same
                 shall not be set aside or in anywise invalidated
                 for any error, defect, informality or omission which
                 shall not amount to a want of due process of law
                 under the Constitution of the State, or of the Con­
                 stitution of the United States, the tax sale certi­
                 ficates issued at any of said sales to the said City
                 of Lake City, and still held by the City of Lake
                 City, are hereby declared to be prima facie evi­
                 dence of the regularity and validity of all assess­
                 ments and sales under or pursuant to which they
                 were made and to be liens on the properties
                 described in such certificates from the date of
                 the issuance thereof, respectively,without limitation
                 or discrimination, and the city shall not be entitled
                 to take possession of properties bought by it at
