(Oh, The Places We'll Go ... )
Right: Freoch Club and Art Club went with Mrs. Wise and
Mrs. Niaman to the Appleton Museum Of Art. The Students
were excited to see the beautiful artwork.
French Club has participated in a number of
cultural and service activities this year: a trip to see a
Fmlcll play, a trip to an art museum, participation in
Homecoming activities, participation in "Just Say No"
week with a banDa' in the Commons, participation in the
Beta Club/Leadership Christmas party and participation
in the Spirit Activities in the Commons at Christmas. On
October 15th, fifty French students from Ms. Wise and
Mrs. Buzzella's classes went to see the National Theater
of the Perfurming Arts production of "Tartuffe", a play
written by Moliere in 1664, at Sandalwood H.S. in
Jacksonville. They lunched afterward at the Jacksonville
Landin~. On December 3rd, fifty students from Ms. Wise,
Mrs. Buzzella, and Mrs. Naiman's classes visited the
Appleton MUSCIWll of Art in Ocala to see the Nineteenth
Century Masterworks Collection on loan from the Art
Gallery of Ontario in Toronto, Canada. This exhibit
featured works of many of the Impressionist
painters-Monet, Renoir, Degas, Pissarro, Cezanno-as
well as other fiunous artists of they day: Frenclt painters
Delacroix and Boudin, British painter Waterhouse and
American John Singer Sargent On December 18th,
French Club president Donna Selcb and her sister dressed
as Cruella Deville and a Dalmation to entertain small
cbildren at the Cbrisanas party. Stephen Khacbigan
helped Ms_ Wise lead the Christmas carols prior to
Santa's arrival

get along, but in this case Donna Selcb and her sister Julia
Selcb cant help but get along.
