I had cataract surgery on my left eye on June 21, 2011. There were

complications. Before I had fully recovered from the cataract surgery,

my left lower eye lid started flipping inside and the doctor found that the
eyelashes were scratching the cornea, causing a lot of pain and causing

the cornea to ‘crumble’.

After several visits, inserting a protective contact lens and changing
medication for the eye, a second surgeon told me I needed surgery on

the left lower eye lid to ‘stretch’ it to keep it from flipping inside. That

surgery was done on August 9,2011. Again there were complications.

I had double vision. If I opened both eyes at the same time I was
extremely dizzy, so much so that I was nauseated. While riding down

the road, someone else driving, I would see the cars we were meeting

coming toward us, but also see the same cars coming across our path.

I had an appointment on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 with the doctor
who did the surgery on the eye lid.

I went to the appointment thinking I would get new glasses that would

correct my vision. Instead I was told that glasses would not correct my
vision; that I would need to have surgery on the left eye again and that

could not be done for four to six months.................. I was devastated ! !

I took my problem to Almighty God. On the next Sunday morning I
went forward at Church, told my Pastor what I had been told by the

doctor and asked that the church pray for me.
