DEDICATION

I love Ivan and Louise Clements. They are two of the best people I have ever
known. Their friendship has brought joy and fun and good times and laugh­
ter to my soul. They were essential to the publication of this book.

Louise did all the typing and re-typing and would not take a cent in pay for
her work. Simply put, this book would not exist if not for Louise. I can never
thank her enough.

Ivan pitched in with editing help and constant encouragement.

Louise and Ivan overcame major difficulties to help me finish this book. They
both had personal medical situations to deal with, then were dealt the dev­
astating loss of their daughter, Debbie, to cancer; yet, they continued to
work until the book was finished.

I have never met nor do I ever expect to meet two better people than Ivan
and Louise Clements. My heartfelt thanks and love go to both of them.

Ivan and Louise, this book is dedicated to you.
