African-Ainerican History Club Kno-ws Its Pas
A serious club for CHS f-reshmen is the African-American I Iistory Club. This is devoted to
learning about the past as it pertains to African-Americans as it pertains to U. S. history.
Students join with a true desire to learn. Sponsors Mrs. Halkins and Mrs. Jackson have every
right to be proud of these studious Freshmen.

One of the fun clubs on the south campus this year was the Video Club. This club meets to
study video productions with Mr. orman. In the easygoing atmosphere students can
socialize and view some great films at the same time.
