Gerald Witt (mayor 1980 - 1996) and
Ray Kirkland (mayor 1996 - 2005).
In 1988, Mayor Gerald Witt (see
picture to the right) participated in a
groundbreaking cermony for the State
Domiciliary Home for Veterans.
