            issuance of the bonds proposed by this ordinance
            to be issued shall be approved by a majority of the                   163/257
            votes cast by the qualified electors of said City
            voting at said election, and said proclamation and
            this ordinance shall be published in a newspaper
            published in the City of Lake City once a week
            for a period of not less than five weeks next pre­
            ceding said election.

                Sec. 12. The City Treasurer, as City Regis­
            tration officer, shall prepare from the best informa­
            tion obtainable by him a list of the electors who
            will be authorized to vote at such election and shall
            publish such list at least two weeks before such
            election, and the City Council shall meet one week
            after the publication of such list and give all per­
            sons an opportunity to be heard as to corrections
            of such list and shall add to and strike from such
            list such names as the evidence may show to be
            necessary to make such list contain all and only
            the names of electors entitled to vote at such elec­
            tion, and after completing the correction of such
            list the City Council shall cause such corrected
            list to be published and the list so corrected and
            published shall constitute the list of electors
            qualified to vote at such election.
                Sec. 13. The City Council shall prepare and
            furnish all necessary blanks and ballots and shall
            make all necessary preparations for said election
            and shall pay for the same out of the general fund
            in the treasury. The ballots to be used at said
            election shall be in substantially the following
            form:
