                 Sec. 10. Said Company shall file with the
            Clerk of the Council of the City of Lake City,
             Florida, its acceptance of the ordinance within
            sixty days from the date when it shall take effect.
                 Sec. 11. This ordinance shall be in force and
            effect for a period of thirty years from the date
            when it shall take effect and shall be subject to all
            the terms and conditions of an act entitled,“An
            act prohibiting the granting by municipalities of
            franchises for rights to use streets for certain pur­
            poses for any term exceeding thirty years or with­
            out reserving the right after the expiration of such
            term to purchase property used under such fran­
            chise or right,” enacted by the Legislature of the
             State of Florida on the second day of June 1899
             and approved by the Governor.

            AN ORDINANCE to open, establish, grade,
                 drain, pave and otherwise improve Circle street
                 in the City of Lake City, Florida around Lake
                 DeSoto and to require the owners to grade,
                 drain, and pave said street in front of their pro­
                 perty; and to have the work done by the City
                 and to provide for the collection from such
                 owners of one third of the cost thereof when the
                 owners fail to have said work done.

            Be it ordained by the Mayor and the City Council of
                 the City of Lake City, Florida:

                 Sec. 1. That a street around Lake DeSoto in
            the City of Lake City, Florida, to be known as
             “Circle Street” be opened and established. Said
            street to begin at or near the intersection of Madi­
            son street with Lake DeSoto and run thence at the
