Sec. 43. All persons doing the business of
tailoring, cleaning, repairing or pressing clothes 66/257
shall pay a license tax of five dollars, and no frac
tional license shall be issued therefor.
Sec. 44. All persons doing the business of
making or repairing harness or boots and shoes
shall pay a license tax of five dollars for each place
of business.
Sec. 45. All bottling works where soda, pop or
other liquors are bottled for sale shall pay a license
tax of five dollars.
Sec. 46. All bakeries shall pay a license tax of
five dollars.
Sec. '47. All blacksmith shops shall pay a
license tax of five dollars.
Sec. 48. All machine shops or foundries shall
pay a license tax of ten dollars.
Sec. 49. All agents for the sale of fencing or
brick, lime, cement, lumber or roofing or other
building material, where agents do not pay a
merchant’s license, shall pay a license tax of five
dollars.
Sec. 50. All grist mills shall pay a license tax
of five dollars.
Sec. 51. All dealers in music or musical in
struments, whether carrying the same in stock or
acting as agent therefor, shall pay a license tax of
five dollars, where no other license is paid.
Sec. 52. All newstands where no other license
is paid shall pay a license tax of five dollars.
