future delivery within the corporate limits of said
City shall pay a license tax of Two Hundred Dollars. 62/257
This shall include peddlers of Clocks, Stoves,
Ranges, Pianos, Organs, Sewing Machines, Specta
cles or Optical Goods whether selling by sample or
for future delivery or otherwise, except to licensed
dealers and no fractional licenses shall be issued
for such purpose.
Sec. 20. All banks and bankers, banking firms,
corporations, person or persons doing a banking
business within the corporate limits of said city
shall pay a license tax of twenty-five dollars for
each place of business; and all brokers doing a
brokerage business within said city shall pay a
license tax of ten dollars.
Sec. 21. All incorporated companies, firms,
person or persons doing a business of turnishing
water, gas or electricity to users thereof from a
single plant within said city shall pay a license
tax of twenty-five dollars.
Sec. 22. All telegraph companies doing busi
ness within the corporate limits shall pay a license
tax of twenty-five dollars.
Sec. 23. All express companies doing business
within the corporate limits shall pay a license
tax of fifty dollars.
Sec. 24. Owners or managers of photograph
galleries who do a picture taking or picture en
larging business within the corporate limits of
said city shall pay a license tax of ten dollars for
each place of business and no fractional license
shall be issued for such purpose.
