The Tiger Tale is a student run, organized,
and produced newspaper put out by the Jour-
nalism students at Columbia High School. Ex-
cellent success has been achieved by the staff
of 2001-2002. The Lake City Reporter assisted
in making the production better than ever. Rep-
resentatives from the Reporter willingly gave of
their time to give the staff a hands-on experi-
ence of how to put together and produce a news-
           paper.
At the start of the year, sophomores Jessica
Brown and Lauren Cappelli sacrificially spent their
time producing the paper. Midyear Jessica
moved to Alabama, leaving Lauren to single-
handedly command the Tiger Tale. Never in the
history of CHS has a sophomore been editor-in-
chief of the newspaper. With the help of the rest
of 3rd period Journalism, success has been the
only effect of this new precedent. Keep up the
           good work!
