Charter of the City ot Lake City

months’ interest on Bond No............ 153 153/257
Town Treasurer.
Sec. 4. That said bonds so prepared and
sealed and signed shall be delivered to the said
Treasurer, and under the direction of the City
Council shall be sold; and when sold at not less
than their face or par value shall be delivered by
said Treasurer to the purchaser designated by the
City Council upon the payment to said Treasuer
of the purchase price.

Sec. 5. It shall be the duty of the Town
Treasurer receiving or accounting for bonds or
coupons redeemed, paid or purchased, to cancel
the same when received, paid or redeemed, and to
deliver all such bonds or coupons to the City Coun­
cil, together with his report, at least twice in each
year.

Sec. 1. That wherever the date of October 1,
1899, appears in Ordinance No. 106, passed Sep­
tember 18th, 1899, in the matter of issuing $7,-
500.00 of Street Improvement Bonds, and in Ordin­
ance No. 109, passed November 27th, 1899, to
carry into effect the provisions of said Ordin­
ance No. 106, that the ordinances be amended to
read October 2nd, 1899, as the date of October 1st,
1899, fell on Sunday.
Sec. 2. That the date of the said Street Im­
provement Bonds shall be October 2nd, 1899.
