                Town of Lake City, Florida, therein particularly
                described being fiftv-two and a half (52 1-2) feet                228/257
                east and west by two hundred and ten (210) feet
                north and south to be used as a public street; and
                whereas the terms of the contract embodied in
                said resolution have been freely complied with by
                the Savannah, Florida & Western Railway Com­
                pany and the Town of Lake City, and under the
                operation thereof the said town has and still uses
                a portion of said described lands fifty-two and a
                half (52 1-2) feet east and west by two hundred
                and ten (210) feet of land as a public street, in
                consideration of the closing of the said designated
                portion of Texas street as hereinbefore stated;
                    And whereas, A portion of said land thirty-three
                (33) feet east and west by two hundred and ten feet
                north and south is necessary for a public street.
                And the said Savannah, Florida & Western Rail­
                way Company is willing and hereby offers in con­
                sideration of the permanent closing and release to
                the said Savannah, Florida & Western Railway
                Company of the portion of Texas street heretofore
                occupied and used by said company under the
                agreement and resolution aforesaid and also all
                that portion of said Texas street north of the F. C.
                & P. Co.’s railroad to Davis street. And the re­
                lease hereinafter stated to permanently dedicate
                thirty-three (33) feet to the town as a public street.
                    Therefore be it resolved that the town of Lake
                City in consideration of the premises, doth hereby
                release unto the said Savannah, Florida & Western
                Railway Company, all right, claim and demand it
                may have under and by virtue of the resolution
                aforesaid, and which it may have acquired by­
                public use or dedication, all that portion of the
                said lot or block No. 23 described as follows:
