                               Council Chamber, January 21, 1901.
                     S. B. Thompson, as assignee of A. B. Hart, filed
                 a deed to the town of Escambia street, between
                 Blocks 67 and 68 of the northern division of the
                 town. Aiderman Rogers moved that the deed be
                 accepted and the Clerk have it recorded, which
                 was discussed and adopted.
                TEXAS STREET—S. F. & W. RY. CROSSING.

                            Council Chamber, November 23, 1886.

                     On motion of Aiderman Hart the following
                 resolution was adopted as an adjustment of the
                Texas street crossing matter which has been pend­
                 ing since August:
                     Resolved, That the Savannah, Florida & West­
                 ern Ry. Co. be permitted to occupy and use that
                 portion of the southern extension of Texas street
                 south of the line of the Florida Railway & Naviga­
                 tion Company’s Ry. such length of time as the S.
                 F. & W. Ry. Co. shall keep in thorough repair a
                 suitable plank crossing for vehicles at a point about
                 120 feet west of Texas street, and shall also furnish
                 that portion of lot or block No. 23 in the northern
                 extension of the Town of Lake City, Columbia
                 County, Florida, described as follows: Commenc­
                 ing at a point on the northern line of the F. R. &
                 N. Company’s railway, fifty-seven and a half feet
                west of Texas street, then running northerly paral­
                lel with said Texas street to Davis street, thence
