be disturbed in the occupation and specified use
of said described land for the period of ninety-nine 224/257
years aforesaid. And the said Thompson & Hart
in consideration of the covenants on the part of
the party of the first part, doth covenant and agree
to and with the said Joseph F. Baya, Mayor as
aforesaid, that they will pay unto the Revenue
Collector of the Town of Lake City in the month of
January of each year of the aforesaid ninety-nine
years for the benefit of said Town of Lake City, a
yearly rental of twenty-five dollars currency, for
the use of the above land described, for the pur
poses specified, and they further agree that any
failure on their part to comply with any of the
terms of this contract will render this agreement
null and void.
In witness whereof, the parties of the second
part have hereunto set their hand and seal, and the
said party of the first part has set his hand and
affixed the official seal of the corporation of Lake
City, Florida.
