Charter of the City 0/ Lake City
in such manner as will obstruct approach to the
same by the Fire Department.
Sec. 19. Any person without the authority 115/257
of the Chief of the Fire Department, removing,
using or damaging any ladder, wrench, spanner,
hose, nozzle, union, coupler, cart, rope, chain, hook
or any apparatus or part of apparatus belonging
to the Fire Department shall be punished by a fine
not exceeding five hundred dollars or by imprison
ment not exceeding sixty days. The possession
of any of the above described apparatus by any
person except when so authorized, shall be deemed
prima facie evidence of the violation of this section.
Sec. 20. Any person violating any of the
provisions of this ordinance shall be punished by a
fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or by im
prisonment not exceeding sixty days.
ORDINANCE No. 13.
Fire Limits.
Sec. 1. The fire limits of the City of Lake
City, Florida, are hereby designated to consist
of all the pieces, parcels or lots of land included
within the following described boundaries:
Beginning at the intersection of Hernando
and Duval Streets, thence west on Duval Street
to intersection of Columbia and Duval Streets;
thence north on Columbia Street to intersection
of Washington and Columbia Streets; thence
west on Washington Street to intersection of
Alachua and Washington Streets; thence due
north on Alachua Street to Davis Street; thence
east on Davis Street to intersection of Davis and
