                of way to intersection of said right of way with
                Denver Street; thence east on Denver Street to
                intersection of Denver and Palmetto Streets;
                thence south on Palmetto Street to intersection
                of Palmetto and St. Clair Streets; thence east on
                St. Clair Street to intersection of St. Clair and
                Royal Streets; thence south on Royal Street to
                intersection of Railroad Street and Davidson
                Street; thence east on Railroad Street to inter­
                section of Railroad Street and Jackson Street;
                thence south on Jackson Street to intersection of
               Jackson and Escambia Streets; thence west on
                Escambia Street to intersection of Hernando and
               Escambia Streets; thence south on Hernando
                Street to intersection of Hernando and Duval
                Streets, the point of beginning.

                     Sec. 2. It shall be unlawful for any person,
               firm or corporation to construct, build, erect, re­
               pair, enclose or enlarge any building, structure,
               shed or awning upon any of the territory included
               within the fire limits ’ designated in section one,
               unless the walls of said building, structure, shed,
               or awning shall be constructed of brick, granite,
               stone, artificial stone, cement or mortar and unless
               the roof of such building, structure, shed or awning
               shall be constructed with metal, tin, slate or other
               incombustible material. And all such buildings,
               structures, shed or awnings before being construc­
               ted, erected or repaired, the person or persons,
               firm or corporation desiring to construct, erect,
