ORDINANCE NO. 24.
Bonfires and Fireworks 131 131/257
Sec. 1. No person shall build any bonfires,
upon any public street, park or other public place
except by permission of the Marshal or police;
and any person who so obtains permission shall ex
tinguish the same upon order of the Marshal or
police.
Sec. 2. It shall be unlawful for any person to
use or discharge any fireworks upon any of the
streets of the city or upon any private lots or
premises whose owners shall forbid their use.
Sec. 3. Any person violating Sections 1 and 2
of this ordinance shall be fined not exceeding twen
ty dollars or imprisoned not exceeding thirty days.
ORDINANCE NO. 25.
Soliciting for Hotels at Depots and on Trains
Sec. 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to
drum or solicit custom for any hotel or boarding
house in the City of Lake City, Florida, upon any
of the trains or cars entering said city, nor shall
such person approach nearer than twenty feet of
such car or train for the purpose of soliciting any
boarder or customer for any hotel or boarding
house.
Sec. 2. Any person violating this ordinance
shall be fined not exceeding twenty-five dollars or
imprisoned not exceeding thirty days.
