Charter of the City of Lake City
ORDINANCE NO. 21.
Blockading Streets 129 129/257
Sec. 1. It shall be unlawful for any railroad
company engineer, conductor or other employee of
any railroad company to unnecessarily obstruct
the streets of the city with any engine, car or other
obstacle for more than five minutes at any one
time.
Sec. 2. No person shall be permitted to block
ade the roads, highways, alleys or streets of the
city with vehicles or other obstacles for more than
five minutes at any one time.
Sec. 3. It shall be unlawful for any person to
fence up, barricade or place any obstruction in
any street, road, alley or public highway of said
city.
Sec. 4. Any person or corporation violating
any part of this ordinance shall be fined not ex
ceeding one hundred dollars or be imprisoned not
ceeding thirty days, and the judgment of the court
in every case of conviction shall also be that the
obstruction be removed.
' ORDINANCE NO. 22.
Injuring Water Mains, Telephone or Telephone
Fixtures
Sec. 1. It shall be unlawful for any person,
without authority, to break, tap, remove, disturb,
or injure in any way any water main, hydrant or
other appliance, fixture, or part of any waterworks
system within the City of Lake City.
- Sec. 2. It shall be unlawful for any person,
without authority, to cut, break, remove, or injure
