Sec. 3. It shall be unlawful to ride a bicycle
or tricycle within twenty-feet of any pedestrian
upon any sidewalk of the city in such proximity 128/257
to pedestrians as to endanger or inconvenience
them. And in all cases where persons use a wheel
they must quit the walk in passing pedestrians.
Sec. 4. It shall be unlawful for any person
to put or place any tacks, glass or other objects
upon any track or way used by bicycles.
Sec. 5. That any violations of this ordinance
shall be punished by a fine not exceeding fifty
dollars or by imprisonment not exceeding thirty
days.
ORDINANCE NO. 20
Fisi-i and Game.
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person
to use any seine, drag-net, trot-line, set-hooks,
dynamite, trap or any device other than a hook
and line for the purpose of catching fish in any
of the lakes or waters within the corporate limits
of the City of Lake City. Any person violating
the provisions of this section shall be punished by a
fine not less than five dollars and not more than
twenty-five dollars or by imprisonment not less
than five days nor more than thirty days.
Sec. 2. It shall be the duty of the Marshal
whenever he has reason to believe that the pro
visions of the preceding section are being violated
to make an investigation and if he shall find any
seine, drag-net, trot-line, set-hooks, dynamite,
traps or any other device to immediately seize and
destroy the same.
