wise refusing, obstructing or hindering such in
spection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be 201/257
subject to arrest therefor upon such complaint and
upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine
of not less than five nor more than Five Hundred
Dollars or imprisonment not exceeding sixty days
or both such fine and imprisonment at the discre
tion of the Mayor for each and every such offense;
Provided, That in inspecting private premises or
occupied residences such superintendent, inspector
or agent shall consult as far as practicable and
reasonable, the convenience of the family of such
owner or occupant, as to the time of inspection.
He shall in the same manner report all premises
not so inspected with the reason for such failure
as to each.
Sec. 3. That either the Council or the proper
committee thereof or said board of public works
may from time to time or in any particular case
make such other and further rules and regulations
and issue such other and further orders, verbally
or otherwise and cause such notices to be served
as shall be necessary to carry fully into effect the
provisions and intent of this ordinance including
orders for re-inspection after repairs or changes
aforesaid may have been ordered in any case.

Special Assessments.
AN ORDINANCE to provide for the payment of
certain special assessments fixed by a resolu
tion of the City Council on the date of the
seventh day of February, 1911, the same being
the special assessments for cement sidewalks
