                    SNOWDEN SURVEY OF CERTAIN
                          PORTIONS OF LAKE CITY.                                  222/257
              AN ORDINANCE adopting survey of southeast
                   Quarter of Northeast Quarter and northeast
                   quarter of southeast quarter of section 30, and
                   southwest quarter of northwest quarter and
                   northwest quarter of southwest quarter of
                   section 29, township 3, S. range 17 east.

                   Sec. 1. Be it ordained by the Mayor and City
               Council of the City of Lake City, Florida, That the
               survey of the southeast quarter of the northeast
               quarter and northeast quarter of southeast quarter
              of Section 30, and the southwest quarter of north­
               west quarter and northwest quarter of southwest
               quarter of Section 29, Township 3, S. Range 17 east,
               made by E. L. Snowden, the map of which was
               approved by Council May 15, 1899, is hereby de­
               clared the official and true survey of said land.
              And the streets in the same are hereby appropri­
               ated and declared the streets of the city, and all
               property owners and all persons whomsoever
               are prohibited and forbidden from encroaching
              upon the same. And all obstructions in the same
               are required to be removed to conform to said map
               and survey.

                   Sec. 2. That any person encroaching upon or
              obstructing any of the streets declared in Section 1
              of this ordinance shall, upon conviction before the
               Mayor, be fined not exceeding five hundred dollars
              or be imprisoned not exceeding sixty days. And
              the city authorities shall have such obstructions
               removed.

                   Approved January 18, 1902.
