              guaranteeing the fidelity of employees and insuring
              employers against liability for accident to employ­                  60/257
              ees, shall pay a license tax of five dollars for each
              agent or solicitor acting for said company, firm,
              individual or association, whether said license shall
              be taken out for the whole or a part of the year.
              All agents or solicitors of building and loan asso­
              ciation shall pay a license tax of twenty-five dollars.

                   Sec. 15. Keepers of livery or feed stables who
              keep horses or mules for hire or feed shall pay a
              license tax of twenty dollars; persons paying this
              license tax shall be allowed to run drays. All per­
              sons other than liverymen, running drays within
              said city, shall pay a license tax of five dollars for
              each dray. All horse drovers or other persons who
              keep horses, mules or other animals for sale within
              said city shall pay a license tax of twenty-five
              dollars, whether said license is taken out for a whole
              or a part of the year. All persons running hacks
              within the said city for the purpose of carrying
              passengers for profit, except persons paying a
              livery stable license shall pay a license tax of three
              dollars for each hack so run.
                   Sec. 16. All circuses advertising a three-ring
              show, shall pay a license tax of one hundred dollars
              for each day they show; all circuses advertising a
              two-ring show shall pay a license tax of seventy-
              five dollars for each day they show; all circuses or
              shows giving performances under tents within the
              corporate limits of said city, with or without
              horses, shall pay a license tax of fifty dollars for
              each day’s show; all side-shows under tent shall
              pay a license tax of twenty-five dollars for each
              day’s show; every person who shall exhibit or
              operate hobby-horse machines, merry-go-rounds,
