To publish obscene pictures or papers;
To remove or destroy any sidewalks or pave 93/257
ments;
To carry concealed weapons upon the person;
To rescue a prisoner or aid in his escape from
the custodv of the Marshal or other officer of the
city;
To escape from the custody of the Marshal or
other officer of the city after arrest;
To violate the health regulations prescribed
and published;
To encamp at night on any of the public
streets or parks;
To crowd upon the platforms of railroad cars
to the annoyance of the passengers or officers
of the rialroad;
To use or occupy any portion of any public
square, park, street or sidewalk for the purpose
of exhibiting, selling or offering for sale any goods,
wares or merchandise, without permission of the
Mayor;
To obstruct the sidewalk with any boxes,
barrels, lumber, building material or any thing
whatsoever, unless such materials are for the use
of any building in the vicinity in the course of
erection or repair.
Any person violating any of the provisions of
the foregoing ordinance shall be punished by a
fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or by
imprisonment not exceeding sixty days.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any minor
to play pool or billiards in any public hall or place
in the City of Lake City or to visit any public
hall or place where such games are played.
