Tigers Bring Eagles Down to the Ground.

Mike Dace runs for a TO. Tommy Young slips on his way to the goa/line.
The Eagles struck quickly on a 72-
yard drive. In 13 plays they put the
ball over and made the point after,
leading the Tigers 0-7.

Mike Dace starting his first game,
got the call to go around the right
end and did just that for the score.
Paul Johnson 's point after tied it up
at 7-7.

Starting a second drive Tommy
Young, Mike Dace, and Kelly Low-
ery joining forces got the ball on the
2-yard line, where Tommy Young
flew around the left end for the
score. Paul Johnson's extra point
was good and made the score 14-7.

On seemingly endless runs Kelly
Lowery moved the ball all over the
field down to the Eagle 25, where
Lowery on a keeper went in for the
TO. The kicker,. Johnson, made it
21-7.

For the final score of the game the
big Senior fullback Tommy Young
scampered 44-yards to put it in.
Without the extra point, the hardest
Marshal Wilson gets tackled by the opposition. hitting game so far ended 27-7.
