                             Charter of the City oj Lake City
                           CITY CEMETERY DEED
                  The City of Lake City, Florida, hereby grants,                  145/257
             bargains and sells for a consideration of $.....  ,
             for burial purposes only, unto...................................,
             his heirs and assigns, the following described bur­
             ial lot in the City Cemetery, to wit:.......................

                                                        City Treasurer.
                  Sec. 7. The price of whole lots, ten by ten
             feet, shall be six dollars, and the price of half lots,
             five by ten feet, shall be three dollars and fifty
             cents. Out of this sum the Treasurer shall receive
             fifty cents for executing deed and the sexton shall
             receive fifty cents for showing the lot. Whenever
             a lot is so sold, it shall be the duty of the sexton
             and the Treasurer to mark the same upon their
             respective maps.

                  Sec. 8. The City Treasurer shall make a
             quarterly report of all moneys received from the
             sale of cemetery lots, and shall pay out no money
             except by order of the City Council.
                  Sec. 9. Keepers of the two cemeteries pro­
             vided for herein shall not permit the burial of any
             person except upon the presentation to him of a
             burial permit, signed by the City Treasurer.

                  Sec. 10. No person shall be buried within the
             city limits, unless a burial permit shall first have
             been obtained; and no burial permit shall be issued
             in any case unless a certificate of the cause of
