                    Sec. 4. Upon the completion of such pave­
               ment having been done by the City it shall be the
               duty of the board of public works to enter up in
               the street improvement lien book all bills due the
               City from owners of property for the grading and
               paving of such street, the City tax collector shall
               collect and receipt for all such bills paid within
               ninety days after the entry of such bills in the
               street improvement lien book, and all bills not paid
               within ninety days after entry in the street im­
               provement lien book shall be collected with eight
               per. cent interest from the date of entry in such
               book.

                   Sec. 5. After the entry of such bills in the
               street improvement lien book and thirty days
               thereafter, it shall be competent for the City
               Council by resolution to require the City attorney
               to proceed to sue for the collection of any or all
               such liens and bills as may then remain unpaid.

                                  Designating Streets.

               AN ORDINANCE entitled an ordinance desig­
                   nating the street running westward from Marion
                   street between blocks 324 and 325 in the
                   southern division of the City of Lake City,
                    Florida, as Hamburg street and declaring the
                   same opened from Alachua street westward to
                   Hamburg Lake.
