                  west quarter of Sec. 29, Tp. 3, south, range 17,
                  east to the Township line number four south,
                  range seventeen east as now located.
                      Sec. 2. That the width of the said Marion
                  street shall be as follows: from its northern end to
                  the crossing of the Seaboard Air Line Railroad, a
                  width of thirty-nine feet; from the said Sea­
                  board Air Line crossing to Washington street,
                  a width of forty-four feet; from Washington
                  street to Hillsborough street forty-seven feet; from
                  Hillsborough street to Madison street a width of
                  fifty-five feet; from Madison street to the south
                  line of street not named leading west from the
                  Baptist Church to where said line extends west
                  across Marion street, would touch the east bound­
                  ary of block number nineteen, a width of sixty­
                  eight feet; from said line last named to Duval
                  street a width of thirty-nine and one half feet;
                  from Duval street to a street or lane not named
                  extending.from Marion street as herein defined to
                  the public road extending south from Lake City
                  from point opposite from the grounds of Columbia
                  College, a width of forty-three feet; from said line
                  south to the Township line a width of thirty-eight
                  feet.
                      Sec. 3. That any person encroaching upon
                  said street as herein defined shall be guilty of a
                  misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not less than
                  Ten Dollars and not exceeding Five Hundred
                  Dollars.
                      Sec. 4. This ordinance shall take effect im­
                  mediately upon its passage and approval.
