A. B. Brown in December, 1903, the map of which
as herebefore been approved by the City Council 216/257
of said City is hereby declared the official and true
survey of said land. And the streets in the same
are hereby appropriated and declared the streets
of the City, and all property owners and all persons
whomsoever are prohibited and forbidden from
encroaching upon the same, and all obstructions
in the same are required to be removed to conform
to said map and survey.
Sec. 2. That any person encroaching upon
or obstructing any of the streets declared in sec
tion one of this ordinance shall upon conviction
be fined not exceeding $500.00 or be imprisoned
not exceeding sixty days.
Sec. 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict with this ordinance be and the same
are hereby repealed.
ORDINANCE No. 53.
Deeds
Sec. 1. That the deeds to be executed on the
part of the City to any real estate now or hereafter
owned by the City shall be conveyed as follows
to-wit: Whenever the City Council shall provide
by resolution for the sale of any real estate the
Mayor shall make and execute a deed of convey
ance in his official capacity of Mayor and shall
cause the clerk to attest the same and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City, and the Mayor’s
signature shall be witnessed by two subscribing
witnesses.
Sec. 2. To all deeds of conveyance to any of
the City’s real estate made and executed under
